In some cases, email filters may send e-mail messages in the folders as unwanted. It is also possible that you will receive the confirmation email but not the others.
If you have not received:
- The confirmation email for the creation of an account:
Make us a request through the contact form. We will send you credentials to log in. Warning: you will not receive any more emails sent automatically. (See below for basket links)
- The email containing your download links (cart):
You did not receive the email containing your links to download directly. You must create an account with the same e-mail address you have entered in the shopping cart. After logging in, go to "My Account" (at the top, right on the site) and then "My Files", you should find a list of all your downloads.
Access is denied to you:
This comes from the spam filter that mistakenly considers you as a spammer. Make us a request through the contact form. Specify that access is denied. We will process your request as soon as possible.
Your account is blocked:
Your account is blocked or you no longer have access to it. Make us a request through the contact form. Specify that your account is blocked.
